Shipping

FlavaMugs ship to 48 states with promotional shipping with slightly higher cost to Alaska and Hawaii . Global countries Shipping UPS cost applied to all orders. Shipping will be via UPS or USPS, there is a minimum order of $10.00 exclusive of shipping. Returns will only be accepted if there was an error on our part, all sales are final. Otherwise we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee will apply in addition to the cost of return shipping.

Returns

Please check your order carefully. Report packing errors and defects withing 72 hours of receipt. Returns must be arranged and approved in advance by contacting us through e-mail. Our goal is customer satisfaction. No credit or exchanges will be given until merchandise is received into our warehouse. 25% restocking fee apply.

Please note that shipping claims for goods lost or damages during delivery must be made with the carrier. Please hold goods and packaging for inspection by the carrier.
